Twilight Unbound – The Stephenie Meyer Story i inbunden utgåva
Självklart precis lagom till att jag äntligen tagit mig för att köpa Female Force – Stephenie Meyer, så kommer det förstås en ny, förbättrad utgåva. :-) I och för sig kan det kanske vara roligt att ha båda, så det spelar nog ingen roll.
Den ursprungliga utgåvan av boken sålde så bra (till och med bättre än utgivarna förväntade sig), att de bestämde sig för att ge ut en inbunden utgåva med mer extramaterial. I artikeln som är citerad nedanför så står det att extramaterialet ska bestå av uppdateringar om succéen av New Moon, en titt på Stephenies framtida planer för Edward och Bella och annat extramaterial.
Och boken kommer alltså, till skillnad från Female Force, att vara i inbundet format (den första i det formatet för Bluewater?).
Twilight Unbound – The Stephenie Meyer Story Hardcover Edition kommer ut i maj.

Due to the huge success of the Stephenie Meyer comic book biography, Bluewater Productions has announced that they will be making a new, hardcover edition of “Twilight Unbound: The Stephenie Meyer Story”. The new hardcover edition will feature a new cover image, updated content and will hit shelves in May.
This new version will include updates on the success of New Moon, the most recent Twilight film, and a look at Meyer’s future plans for Edward and Bella, the romantic leads of her vampire books. The book will also be stuffed with extras, making it a must-buy for Twilight fans.
The collectable version with new features will be the first hard cover for Bluewater retail for $12.99. Written by Ryan Burton with art by David McNeil, the comic is just the latest in Bluewater’s popular biography line. This series of biography comics has already highlighted such influential women as Oprah Winfrey, J.K. Rowling, Sarah Palin, Michelle Obama and Hillary Clinton. The series’ goal is to examine the lives of these important figures in an objective and balanced manner without resorting to sensationalism.
“The fan reaction to our original release of Female Force: Stephenie Meyer was amazing,” said Darren G. Davis, president of Bluewater Productions. “The positive response took even me by surprise. That’s why I’m so excited to release this new version of Meyer’s story. I hope her fans appreciate the new information and extras we were able to dig up for this edition of the book.”
The book is scheduled for a release in May in time for the “Twilight: Eclipse” film. The book is now available for pre-order on Amazon.com.
Som det står så går boken att förbeställa hos Amazon, men den kommer säkert komma till nätbutikerna i Sverige. Allt som har med Twilight att göra gör det. :-)
Som jag nämnt tidigare, så har även den ursprungliga Female Force kommit ut i olika utgåvor. Den utgåvan jag köpte nyligen är den ursprungliga versionen av Female Force, den längre versionen. Jag har hört att det ska finnas en version på ca 20 sidor också, men den som har gått att köpa i Sverige är den som är på ungefär 40 sidor. Jag skrev om den ursprungligen här. Sen har det alltså kommit specialversioner av den versionen också. Jag tror dock bara att det rör sig om skillnader i omslagsbild. Det finns två specialutgåvor av Female Force – Stephenie Meyer hos Dazzled By Twilight, med olika priser beroende på hur unik den är. :-) Här är en bild på en av de utgåvorna. Ni kan se att det står Forks, Washington Exclusive längst ner i hörnet.
Ni minns kanske att det även kom en ungefär tio minuter lång tecknad video baserad på Female Force – Stephenie Meyer, och den hette Twilight: Unbound. Ni kan läsa mer om den och hur ni kan få tag på den, här.
